Facial Tissues
Markers
String or rubber bands
Directions:
Take a piece of tissue paper and roll into a ball. Place it in the center of another piece of tissue paper, gather it at the bottom and tie with string, or wrap rubber band tightly around ends. This will form the head of the ghosts. Use your markers to draw eyes and mouth. You may sit ghosts around room, or attach another string around head leaving about a 12-inch strand, and hang from ceiling.
