1 round steak
2 tbsp flour
2-3 tbsp oil
3 lg onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 c hot water
Remove fat from steak and cut into individual pieces. Combine flour, salt and pepper; pound into steak with meat tenderizer or rim of saucer on both sides. Brown steak on both sides. Add water and onion. Cover; cook on low for 1-2 hours or until tender. Add more water if necessary.
