1 box white cake mix
1 box pistachio pudding (instant)
3 eggs
1 c oil, less 1 tbsp
1 c ginger ale
Combine ingredients in order given above. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
Frosting:
1 box instant pistahcio pudding
2 envelopes dream whip
1 1/2 c cold milk
Combine ingredients in order given. Spread on cake and sprinkle top with coconut, nuts, and chopped cherries.
